I joined UAH in the Summer of 2004.  Prior to my current appointment, I have held positions at the Temple University, Philadelphia and The University of Melbourne, Australia.  I received my DBA from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale after completing my dissertation titled, "IT Enabled Work Systems: The Infusion of IT Innovations.”

My research focuses on how organizations and institutions adopt, implement, and use IT to generate value.  I have worked on research issues like Business Value of IT Investments, Adoption and Implementation of IT and IT Platform impacts on Supply Chains.  My research has been published in MIS Quarterly, JMIS, JAIS, Communications of the ACM, Information Systems Journal and DSS among others. I am currently working on projects relating to adoption of course management systems and the role of institutional forces in supply chain integration.

I was awarded the Billings Faculty Fellow for the year 2008-2009 and Witmondt Faculty Fellow for the year 2006-2007 at the College of Business Administration at UAHuntsville.

My official – not so current - web page maintained by the college is here.
